I was given this watch by my wife’s uncle. It’s a bit rough and needing a service. The crown is stripped.
It’s a Tudor Prince OysterDate, ref. 9101/0 with the Rolex crown and Rolex stamped bracelet. The bracelet is a bit stretched and the clasp is a bit bent, and he drilled a couple of extra holes in the clasp for a ‘custom’ fit. The burgundy pie plate dial is a bit unique, as I’ve only seen blue before.
Does anyone know if a replacement crown is available for this movement? And what might a service on this cost? Not looking for a full restoration, just basic stuff. It’s got (barely) more sentimental value than actual value, I believe.
Here’s a picture of it.
