Hello all!

The screen on my Galaxy S3 was on, but non-responsive when I woke up yesterday. Apparently the digitizer underneath the screen has gone bad, and a replacement phone has been ordered. No biggie. However, the issue I am currently faced with is retrieving all of my photos from my device. They are not stored on a memory card, they are all on the device storage.

Can anyone help me out? I am working with a Mac, just in case that matters in any way.
