I’m looking for a key-chain multi-tool with the following parameters:

1) It has to incorporate both a phillips and flat head screwdriver.
2) It has to have a bottle opener.
3) It can be used as a pry bar.
4) It has to easily attach to a key-chain in such a way as to not render one of its functions unusable when so attached.
5) It has to be custom. No production stuff.

The Atwood Shutterbug seems to fit the bill pretty well, but are there any I’m missing?
