I am currently EMT certified, but don’t really have much experience in the field (still waiting on landing my first job as an EMT) A friend (also an EMT) assembled and sold me this kit (used to also have a burn ointment soaked pad… but the packaging leaked and thus is no longer sterile, so that was thrown out).

This is mostly for Gun shot wounds, and other blood-letting trauma type events.

7 – 4×4 gauze pads
3 – Gauze bandages
1 – Triagular bandage
3 – ABD Pads
1 – Celox
1 – Trauma Shears
1 – Field Dressing
1 – Aschermann Chest Seal
1 – Oral Pharyngeal airway

All of it is sealed up in a Ziplock bag, and shoved into my EDC bag… a Maxpedition Jumbo. This kit pretty much takes up almost all the space in the main compartment… so I am somewhat hesitant to add anything more in there.

Is there anything in there that should be added/subtracted?

ETA: I do plan on adding gloves and CPR mask.
