I notice people worried about using the term EDC loosely and the the posts regarding throwing this term around lately. However, there are some that actually do EDC a folding style bicycle. There are several of them out there. Some carry them in a car, you can fold them up and carry them in a bag and they even make hard sided cases for them and you can check them in on a plane. Bicycles can be quiet/stealth and many folks here already EDC the camelback packs for hydration. I am surprized that I have not seen another post about the setup I am building now. Although I have seen some other posts where folks have lots of gear packed on some bike setups.

I have already been assembling a sling pack with hydration bag inside. However, I want to be able to access some of my EDC items without having to sling this back around and access them quickly. I recently purchased a Swissbike folding mountain bike and I found these molle carry systems on ebay for this same type bike that I have:

My bike had a yellow main tube/frame that I didn’t care much for, as it really stands out in the dark. I have disassembled the bike and am having it powdercoated flat black. I plan on ordering the Cordura carry system shown in the link, as soon as I can convince wife that I need it and she gets over the fact that she thinks I need OCD medication…LOL.

Anyhow, it will look very similar to the bike in that link when I am done…
