Figured I’d share my medical goodies! I keep a BLS bag in my car 24/7 for my fire dept and local EMS dept’s calls in addition to these two kits. The little white box is a wally world kit stripped down and refilled by yours truly, and the ACU IFAK was ordered and filled up with stuff from the station/ER and off chinook.com.

Only thing missing in here is my roll of 3M med tape which always rides on a paracord loop inside my bag. Everything else is pretty easy to pick out besides the three tube things…(they’re insect sting relief capsules from the ER).

The pouch is Condor’s EMT pouch off opsgear. Pretty nice little pouch for the money, just so happens to fit all my stuff perfectly!
For my personal disclaimer: I don’t carry 14g chest needles or any IV supplies simply because I’m not above the EMT-I level yet. Quite frankly too if someone finds/steals my kit, I don’t want some youtube armchair einstein poking needles in my chest if I’m on the recieving end of the kit. Everything I carry in there I know how to use, when to use, and why to use thru my EMS training and real world hands on experience.
