I am a Martial Arts teacher and would like to get some First Aid training.
I have basic CPR

I train with Sticks and Knives (we dont TRAIN with live blades in class!) as well as Firearms.

The most common injuries in classes are Sprains, cranked toes/fingers, occasional Poked eye or ‘goose egg’.
It is also possible to get ‘choked out’ (Grappling) though we haven’t had one in our Gym…I’ve seen it a lot elsewhere.

The possible Knife/Firearms injuries are pretty obvious.
I feel like I should know how to deal with the injuries if I am going to spend so much time learning to inflict them.
