So I was all ready to make an angry post titled “Bad Experience with Timberland” because I mailed back some shoes in September for warranty work and hadn’t heard back despite sending 3 emails to them in the last 2 weeks. Then I thought, “hey no one’s perfect, why don’t I call them up?” So I did. The guy explained they’re having problems at the Canadian warehouse, and how much did I pay for the shoes? I said $59 or $69, can’t remember. The guy said they’d write me a check for the full MSRP, which is $80.
sometimes a bad experience can turn into a good thing. Patience is always good!
