Paracord voodoo dolls are not a new thing but I couldn’t find a model that I really liked so I made my own!
They are really easy to make and look great with all kinds of helmet and skull beads.

This is a small step-by-step tutorial. You start making a few snake knots (stellaceleste.com/htm/knots/snakeknot.htm), 3-5 depending on the size you like. Then you loosen the first knot a bit and put a second piece of paracord through it for the arms. You can make a simple knot between the “shoulders” to keep the arms in place but it is not really necessary. Simple knots can also be used as hands and feet.

The voodoo doll with the gas mask is using two Matthew Walker knots (atwoodknives.com/home/16390018.php) which makes the doll look more like a skeleton.
