I just got this Keychain Tool today. But what I really wanted to talk about was the GREAT customer service I got from Vargo. I have the BOT water bottle/pot they make and it is a great piece of kit. I got the pot holders too but there was a small defect. After contacting them and sending a photo of the problem and jokingly asking for free prototypes for being a loyal customer, I received in two or three days not only the pot holders but the Keychain Tool 1.2.
They are a great company, great products and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for some Ti. Specifically the BOT.
