I have a friend that is selling a Mossberg 100 ATR .270 with a Nikon Prostaff 3-9×40 scope attached along with a good sling for $175. He seems to like it but needs to raise some cash.

I don’t know anything about these rifles. I did some research and it is supposed to be a decent entry level rifle at an economical price.

Do any of you have experience (good or bad) with this rifle?

So, should I pull the trigger?
