YAY!! The TWSBI 580 EF arrived today! It had been delayed, and I pretty much feared it had been lost in transit, but it really did make it.

I’d had it shipped from Jetepens (which has been pretty reliable), but sometimes things happen. Even my tracking info said “significantly delayed”. I didn’t go to the mailbox (2.5 miles distant) yesterday (Saturday) because I figured it was lost. I’d had a small 30ml Diamine “Grey” ink vial shipped with it, and when it said it arrived at my mailbox I feared the worst. It went well below freezing here last night so I figured I’d have an icy mailbox full of ink, but it worked out just fine.

So, without further adieu….here’s the new pen…
