Hey everybody, I’m curious, what’s your favorite battery format for a LED edc light? I’m going to post a poll with a bunch of different options, but let me know if I missed one. I’m not going to post all the different lithium-ion battery types in the poll since you’re only allowed ten poll responses, so just check the standard battery format that’s closest to the lithium-ion battery you use.

For me, for an all-day, everyday carry light, I prefer 1xAAA. Some are quite versatile and powerful these days and I like the small, thin form factor. AAAs are quite common, and you can get them in NiMH rechargeables or lithium primaries which I find are so much better than alkalines.
