I bought my first real Leatherman about a month ago. I’ve had some SAKs and cheap leatherman-style multitool before, but a sport&outdoor-store on our local mall had -20% sale on everything so I decided it’s a time for buying a Rebar.

Lately I’ve been lurkin on this and some other multitool and outdoor forums over the internet and you guys got me interested on modding multitools.

So i thought about starting with an easy mod and putting a pocket clip on my Rebar. I read that Kick’s pocket clip could be modded to fit, but i’d like to try Wave’s clip on it. Does anyone know will that work?

Also, does Rebars in general have the production monht/year numbers on them? I tried to look inside the handles but didn’t find any four numbered series in there. There were some numbers, but IIRC it just said 01. Could somebody for example post some pics of the place where the numbers are?
