Have never owned either brand but am looking to get one of these for my weekend carry instead of one of my big SOG multi tools. I like 420 steel despite many others do not. I would just like to know are they both functional and are they both good quality? And besides one having more tools then the other is there other advantages over the other?

And thought I would mention I can get the workchamp for $46.00. So strongly leaning for that one.
