Hello,
This is my first post (introduction post excluded) on this forum.
I’m planning to buy myself a multitool and after I’ve searched the web and seen many Youtube videos, I decided to go for the LM Sidekick. And then I saw the following topic: http://edcforums.com/threads/the-decline-of-leatherman-quality-with-budget-offerings.127456/
Right now I’m very confused. The tools and features on the Sidekick seemed just perfect for my use (I like to have a good quality multitool that has at least pliers, a wire-cutter, a saw, screwdrivers (flat and Philips) and a can opener). I won’t use it for heavy duty and won’t even use it everyday, but I want a tool that I can count on when I need it.
Is the LM Wave a good option or would you recommend me something different than a Leatherman?
(the Sidekick costs $55 over here and the wave $95 and $100 is the maximum that I would like to pay for my multitool)
