3rd Gen iPod Touch WiFi problems – need help

Hello Folks,

I need your help to get to..White Castle no really, I need to get onto the internet.
My wife’s iPod Touch has stopped working on our WiFi. Our laptop connects no problem.
The WiFi icon is fully lit up on her ipod but when launching Safari it just stays at “connecting…” and the little timer wheel keeps going around. :brickwall:

How do I fix this?

I have turned the router and modem off and restarted.

Reset the network on the ipod.

Re-entered all the router/network data on the ipod.

Powered down the ipod and turned it back on after doing a “please work dance” .

Does anyone know the secret behind connecting a stubborn touch to the WiFi?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Maybe I should try to return it to BestBuy? :sigh:
