I jumped right in to several threads before coming here. I’m not much of a spot lighter but figured I’d be polite. I was linked to this forum from a search I was on regarding lights I think…anyway, I find the forum experience rating ’empty pockets’ annoying as that is contradictory to my philosophy. I have NO empty pockets and believe in the ‘one is as good as none’ view. I carry several pounds of EDC for 95% of occasions and only really special occasions do I ‘thin it down’ some when appropriate. Even then, there might be one back pocket empty (OMG NO!). I believe being ready for as many scenario’s as possible is the best policy and always carrying a familiar batch of ‘stuff’ will prevent delays in reacting to a situation.
So to recap, here I am, I’m stuck in Phoenix, I’m annoyed at being called an empty pocket newbie, I keep my pockets full and….Hello there.
