Adding carry to a Rush 24

Hi all

My EDC bag is a 5.11 Rush 24. I’ll post some photos and such at a later date. But I have a question I haven’t found an answer for anywhere.

What I’m hoping to do, is strap something underneath the Rush 24 using the two available lashing points that is big enough to hold an A4 notepad and other items for work, easy enough to detach quickly when needed. Apart from the old 5.11 MPC laptop sleeve, what else is there on the market?

Requirement is this:

• Internal dimensions approximately 8 1/2″ x 12″ x 4″ , compression straps would be awesome too
• Able to be fitted with a shoulder strap
• PALS compatible to lash to the points on the under-side of the Rush 24.
