Alternative to Fisher Bullet Pen

Apologies if this thread has been done before.

My first “good” EDC pen, the chrome Fisher Bullet Pen, has escaped my pocket and is probably in someone else’s proud possession. I’m okay with buying another one, but I thought I’d check and see if I had any alternatives. I have a few criteria for a pocket pen:

1. pressurized ink/write anywhere
2. either extends or the cap can be placed on the end to make it “full length,” say, four inches or so
3. metal body. anodized/PVD/coated/painted is okay, but no plastic

optional criteria:
1. bare metal if possible
2. capped or extendable, not clicky
3. prefer no clip, because I’m not going to use it

I’d prefer to keep this under $50 it possible.

Any suggestions?
