a couple weeks ago i mentioned having problems with my Tactile Turn titanium mover – it sticks in the open position and takes many clicks to get it to retract sometimes. I emailed the maker to ask about ordering a new spring and clicker to try to fix it. Today I got a response – he is sending me a replacement that works smoothly and a postage-paid mailer to return the one with the sticky clicky. this will put Tactile Turn in my pocket a lot more often.
