Another alternative to altoids tins

Hey so I wanted to be able to have a little urban survival kit to add to my EDC. Had to be able to hold a single Prime Time little cigar, a way to light it and some other doo dads. Now my pocket space is pretty limited as you can see below

My phone (top left) clips to my hip, my flashlight clips to my pocket, wallet rides in left front pocket, mystery altoids substitute rides next to it
Right pocket holds keys and ASP street defender and my Endura or Ti-Lite is either clipped to my right pocket or inside my waist band.

Loaded pockets right? not much room for an altoids tin. So I was forum surfing last night and saw a post where someone suggested going to a local cigar/hookah shop for a container designed to conceal/carry some unnamed paraphernalia/cigars, so I checked one and found this little cigar holder. It was only five bucks, will probably be water resistant and doesn’t have any uncomfortable edges
I have a couple strike anywhere matches, one Prime Time cigar, a couple antibacterial bandages and my Sere Titanium Bogota picks. Suggestions on replacement/additional items?
