know Soap and Water is best for cleaning cuts.
But I am a Martial Arts teacher….mat burns, chaffed knees/elbows, skinned shins, scratches (from other peoples fingernails or from Velcro) are pretty common.I carry Antiseptic spray in my gear bag and spray cuts after training (shower when I get home). Does it work? I’ve used Tea Tree oil before too. Have considered antiseptic wipes in my kit.
I’m intense about this as I have gotten Staph before.
Thoughts?
