ATS Low Profile Medical Insert?

I have a few questions about this pouch insert, guys, and I hope you can help me out.

First, it’s designed to go into a dual-mag pouch, but I’m looking to put it into a water bottle pouch on the side of my Maxped Jumbo. Anyone know if it will fit there?

Second, does anyone know if there’s a good, reliable place to order it from, preferably with free shipping? I’ve been looking around online and haven’t found anything better than $18.95.

Finally, does anyone hav any experience with this insert? Thoughts or opinions? Worth it? Don’t bother?
