Battery packs that you can use and charge at the same time?

Another thought that just occurred to me is that you might benefit greatly from a power pack phone case. There are some superb ones one the market these days and it sounds like you use your phone a lot.

The Cable and In turnout rarely go out for me but the Modem and Cabler Box do when powers lost so I just power them too if I need to.
I have several Jump Packs that can jump start the car and they will run the Cable Modem for a long time when needed through a simple inverter.
