Can Anyone Help Me Figure Out What Model of SOG Powerlock This Is?

I got it at the gun show today for $50. I haven’t been able to find another one like it on SOG’s website. Any help on finding out which one it is?

Edit: Also, can anyone tell me what the heck that square thing is that’s between the scissors and small flathead? I’ve not been able to figure that out either.
