So I was browsing a shop on the web when I came across a medical emergency bracelet. The bracelet was on Grunt.
And then I realized, I don’t have an emergency card set up. Now, I don’t have any major medical conditions, and the biggest allergies I have are peanuts and eggs. And even then I’m fairly certain those allergies aren’t that bad.
But I decided I wanted to do this, as I would much rather have my Med info ready than delay them.
So what I decided was to have my name on the first line, and the my Iphone code on the second line. Like this:
Name, Name
IPH Code 0000
Now people are going to bring up possible security concerns about displaying the code openly on my wrist, but I’m not too worried about that. most of the time, it will be covered with a jacket or shirt sleeve, and even then, I don’t think the guys in my school are that observant.
The reason for my Iphone code on there?
Well instead of having the info on a USB drive, I downloaded an app called Notability on my phone and wrote out a medical emergency card. That way instead of needing to plug it into a computer, the info is always there, accessible to anyone who needs it.
So, what do you think? Good idea, bad idea? Any suggestions?
