Cargo Pants that don’t Look Like Cargo Pants

I am looking for cargo pants that will carry a mid size camera (below) but not look like cargo pants. Any suggestions or feedback on feasibility are appreciated.

Need to carry:
Sony NEX 3N camera with the 16-50mm pancake lens
Dimensions:
110mm x 62mm x 65mm (385 grams)
4.3″ x 2.4″ x 2.6″ (14 ounces)

What I want:
Substitute for (tidy) jeans
Suitable for family gathering, mid-range restaurant, or casual office
Doesn’t need to be dress slacks, but should work with a polo or blazer
A theft-deterent “valuables” pocket a plus

What I don’t want:
Look like cargo pants
Look tactical
A jacket (this is for when it’s too hot)
A vest (will stand out too much)

Options I considered:
5.11 Covert Cargo: These seem the best bet. Look like slacks but with large hidden side pockets.

Dockers Comfort Cargo: Pocket is inside leg so not hidden, but subtle. Not sure if pocket is big enough.

Columbia ROC: Not sure the side leg pocket is big enough.

Vertx Original: Everyone says the pockets are subtle, but they look the most pronounced of any of these.

Questions:
Will these hold a camera this large, or am I overly optimistic?
What would you recommend?
