Hi all,
I’m looking for suggestions on carrying my keys. Until recently, I carried them on my belt with my keys tucked into one of my front pockets. Then I decided to get an iPhone 6+, and all holsters for that phone might as well be backpacks, which means the pocket I used to tuck my keys in now has a giant slab of a phone in instead.
Now I’m looking for ideas on where to put my keys. I don’t want to tuck them in my back pocket – carrying anything in the back pocket is liable to break what’s in there, and my front pockets are currently full with phone and wallet (and knife, notebook etc.). I’d prefer not to carry them loose on my belt either – I’m not a big fan of keys jingling by my side as I walk.
Current contents of my keychain are – 3 house keys (although I can probably get that down to 2 or 1 if needed), and 2 car keys – both of which are the bulky type with lots of buttons on.
My current solution is to use my old phone holster (Skinth SP) and stuff the keys into the phone slot there, but it’s less than ideal, and I currently have a Skinth L shield ordered (guess where all the keychain tools will end up), which won’t have room to stuff the keys in. I also get the feeling there must be a better way. Anybody have any ideas?
