First off, I’m new here (I posted an intro. already) and I’ve lurked for a few days. Not really venturing out of my Introduction thread. Finally, I decided to post here and inquire about the Casio G-Shock. Many people swear by these as indestructible and amazing and all that, but is that true? Do the different models really warrant a difference in price of that big? If you look at the cheapest models on Amazon, compare them to the ones double the price (eg, DW9052-1V to the GV9000-1V)? ‘Do they live up to the hype?’, is really what I’m asking.
