Hey all,
I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with the new springfield RO compact in cco size? I’ve tried carrying a full size and 4″ railed lightweight, but it’s just been too much. I’m really wanting to step up from the lcp I mostly carry, and love the 1911 platform (I run 1911/2011s in competition so very familiar with them). Up until about this year, I think Dan Wesson made the nicest, but right now I can’t see it being worth 2x the price for just some night sights and better fit/finish. On the other hand, buying an RO and customizing it to get where I want it might add up the cost, too.
So just wondering if anyone carries that size (commander slide and officer’s grip) and how they like it. Thanks!
