So I got a slvr a while back and so far I really love the battery live compared to my old V60. I forgot to charge it over the weekend and actually had to turn the thing off in my vehicle today. It dawned on me that I should probably get around to getting a car charger for it.
Then it dawned on me that what would be more versatile since I camp would be one of those Energizer chargers that have AA batteries in them. Now since I like to make things I’m toying around with the idea of the Mintyboost project on Instructables but making it waterproof. A maglite body might work nicely for that, well see. Anyone made one of these?
Along these lines I’m also curious about getting an antenna extension for it. The back has a port of a car antenna kit. Might not make much of a difference but it might be nice to have in case I have a breakdown somewhere with a week signal. Anyone messed with these products?
