Combo Mini Sharpie and Bullet Pen

For the longest time I’ve carried a Mini Sharpie and a Fisher Bullet Pen in my wallet. They are probably the two most used items of EDC I carry.

I would like to not have to carry two items and slim my wallet down (without taking them out of my wallet and without losing functionality).

Does anyone know of a way to hack a Mini Sharpie to be something like a mini Sharpie Twin Tip. Maybe combining a Mini Sharpie with a Micro Sharpie?

Or, is there some other product on the market that can be both a pen and a marker under 3 inches or so?
