Comfortable Shoes For Performing. Musician?

I’m starting to perform regularly again with a very heavy bass over my shoulders and being 43 almost I’m in need of some very comfortable performance footwear. Ideally they’ll have good ankle support and look cool if possible i’m looking into some crew type shoes that hotel and restaurant employees use the more formal gigs. Anyway it’s become obvious that regular shoes are going to work for me so any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
