This might not strictly be the right forum for this question but it is kind of first aid related.
I am looking for a binder cover for my ambulance clinical practice guidelines. Something that can hold some pens/pencils and some cheat sheets/quick reference info.

My folder is 1.5inch thick, 9inch long and 9.5 wide. When fully opened and laying flat it measure 17inches across.
Rite in the rain and maxpedition don’t have anything so I’m open to other ideas.
