onsidering how bad most customer service is today, I wanted to give props to a company that still stands behind its product.
A couple of weeks ago I went shooting and noticed the Crimson Trace laser grips on my Colt 1991A1 Compact weren’t working. Well, it had been awhile since I put new batteries in it so I figured they were dead… turns out my laser was dead.
I’ve had these grips for well over ten years and they were way out of warranty but I gave Crimson Trace a call anyway to see if they could be repaired. I spoke to a very nice lady who gave me a return authorization number and told me to send them in. A little less than two weeks later look what showed up via UPS…

A brand new pair of laser grips. No questions asked, nothing said about how old they were, no money owed, just a replacement set.
If you’ve been on the fence thinking about a Crimson Trace product, I say go for it.
Thanks guys.
