    About 2 weeks ago I trimed down my first aid kit to 2 7×4 alok pouches. Before I carried to much stuff, like 4 different types of gauze pads and realized that I did not need all this stuff. Since I’m not an EMT I just wanted to limit it to things I know how to use.

    Here is my current first aid kit. sorry no pictures.

    Basic kit
    Finger Nail Clipper
    Band-Aids 6 assorted
    Aspirin
    Bug Repellant wipe
    Dramamine
    Mole Skin for blisters
    Rolaids
    pepto-bismol
    triple antibiotic ointment
    tylenol extra strenght

    Trama pouch
    Burn Jel ointment
    Triple antibiotic ointment 2x
    5×9 trama pad
    Quick clot
