Custom Kydex for Duty Weapon

Looking for an OWB kydex holster to carry my duty weapon at work.

Requirements: Paddle Attachment (No Belt Slide)
Some sort of retention (Ex: Strap across top, finger release etc, mandated in policy)

Extras: Maybe carry an extra magazine on the holster or a small flashlight? (Still thinking on this)
Weapon is a Glock 22 but also carry a 27 so if it could be made to fit both thats a plus.
