Custom Pen Maker

Hello,

Does anybody know a good custom pen maker? I have been searching for a while now and I can’t seem to find one. Some are busy to take orders and the others I have contacted didn’t reply.

The Pen I have in mind is a custom bolt action pen that would fit a standard Pilot Hi-tec C refil.

We don’t have a lot of choices when it comes to refills where I live. That is why I want a custom pen made to fit that specific refill because not only do I like the way it writes but from where I live it is the easiest I can purchase.

Or can you guys point me in the direction of a pen that takes a Pilot Hi-tec C refil that I have not seen yet?

Preferably a bolt action pen. I keep losing the caps on my pens.
