Device for fast phone connection?

Ok.. weird question. But I was hoping someone knew of a solution. To get golf reservations in my area you need to be one of the first people to get thru on ONE phone line. It is first come, first serve and the phone line starts accepting calls at 7:00 PM on the dot. No matter how early I start, I can’t connect until like 7:15. And by then, all tee times are gone!!

Someone was telling me that a device exists which allows someone to connect faster to such a phone system. True, false?
