Digital Cameras ~$200 for pocket / EDC carry

as with many of you, I have a better than average SLR that rides in the trunk but I want an EDC Digital that would fit in a pocket.

Any recommendations ?

Requirements:

-Greater than 5 Megapixel
-Less than $200
-Truly Pocketable
-New or purchased from reliable online dealer.
