Do you decorate your notebook covers?

I always seem to decorate, or art-modify my daily journal covers in one way or another…possibly because of being a moleskine fanatic and they are wonderfully plain, begging for modification?
Lately it’s been through stickers/decals…does anyone else mod their daily journals/notebooks?
If so–can we see them?
