Does Anybody EDC a Tourniquet (s)?

I ‘ve seen several recent threads regarding QuickClot so I was wondering if anybody EDC’s a tourniquet? If so, what type/brand? How do you EDC it? If not, why not? Discuss…..

I EDC 2 Combat Application Tourniquet (C.A.T.) in my Jumbo. I also carry one in a small “blow out” kit when I work on the medic unit. It is primarily for me or my partner should we find ourselves in a situation that ended with us having more hole than when we started. However, should I encounter a patient who needs it, I wouldn’t hesitate to apply it just to freak out the docs and nurses at the local trauma center.
