Does anyone have to carry a lunch?

I recently started using my bike to commute to work. When I would drive I would carry my lunch in an insulated lunch box that did the trick. However, now that I am carrying a messenger bag I don’t want to also carry the lunch box with it. I have some everyday snacks (almonds, beef jerky, etc.) that I leave in my desk at work. However, I am looking to find something like an insulated Tupperware that I can put some chicken and veggies in and it will stay cool in the bottom of my messenger bag while traveling. I have a fridge at work so as soon as I get there I can throw the plasticware in there to stay cool. Does anyone else just carry anything like a insulated bento box that works for them and doesn’t take up too much space in their EDC bag? Pics (loaded with food)would be helpful!
