Does this scream mall ninja?

For those of us who have read the threads of Gecko45, a shining example of what mall ninja is and why we avoid it, you know why we all laugh at that level of mall ninja and as such take steps to avoid entering those waters. If you haven’t seen the Gecko45 threads let me know and I’ll post a link to their recreation.

So like most I typically wear jeans and tennis shoes, work boots or loafers. However I recently needed to buy some new pants and a new pair of shoes since they’ve been so worn and started looking at options more accommodating to people who CCW and my search brought me to VERTX pants. These amazing pants have a ton of features that I love about them and are more unnoticeable then your typical 5.11 cargos. A friend of mine recently recommended looking at magnum shoes because he wears them to work because of their comfort, grip, and slip resistance. So I got a pair of Magnum Pro Viper 3’s and love them as well but am currently a bit concerned these items may be mall ninja. Tell me what you think.

I never tuck my pants into my shoes or boots, I don’t wear a nylon cobra belt, and for day to day activity I don’t tuck in my shirt. The shoes are just comfortable with good grip etc. and the pants, well they are 6.5 oz, double gusted crotch/knees, notched pockets with concealed zipper pockets, inner sewn low profile cargo pockets with built in separate smaller pocket, side utility pockets, flaps over back pockets for preventing pickpocketing, breathable, swiccing on the inside and “intelli dry” (duck feathers) on the outside, 1 in elastic space on sides, and micro rip stop.
