Dress Pants

I work in a large fitness facility. I handle everything from personal training, to management duties, to maintenance work. I wear a polo to work every day with a pair of pants, I would call what I wear “casual dress pants”. I haven’t been able to find a pair I really like.

Needs:

Would like to stay around $25 or less per pair.
No cargos, however would like decent sized front pockets and a 5th pocket would be awesome.
Must look nice but don’t need to be super dressy
Want in khaki, black and slate/grey.

Just want a decent pair of pants that won’t wear out from normal use at a decent price that look nice. Recommendations?
