Duty belts, which one

Hey guys i need recommendations for a new duty belt, i will soon be starting a EMS/fire supervisor job for some time over the summer.

I need to carry two radios, 1-2 flashlights, multitool and benchmade rescue hook.

I already have riggers belts from blackhawk and tactical taiolor and several 5.11 belts.
What i am looking for is something that can distribute the weight even further as I will be on my feet 12 hours a shift. I am looking for a belt with both inner and outer belt to make it easier to take it on and off quickly. (which is important). Right now i use the blackhawk on regular ems duty and that is not a big problem because i dont carry alot of stuff exept shears and rescue hook – but this is different.

what should i get?

So far i have been looking at Uncle Mikes belts and Tasmanian Tiger (one of my personal favourite brands). but im open to any suggestions. Sthe Uncle Mikes belts are 3 times the price of any other belt, are they worth it?
