Eagletac D25A Clicky – Regular or Titanium?

I’ve decided that I want to get an Eagletac D25A Clicky as my next flashlight. Don’t try to convince me otherwise, dagnabbit! I just don’t which one I should choose. With the monies I have saved up, I can go two directions…

I get the Eagletac D25A in Titanium.

or

I get the Eagletac D25A in the regular black, but I have just enough money left over to buy a folder (which is number two thing to get on my list). I’m trying to decide between a Spyderco Persistence and a Kershaw Cryo for the folder, but they’re identical in price, so it could be either one.

Which should I go for? A sweet titanium light, or a light and a folder?

For extra points, which folder? Cryo or Persistence?
