EDC fail … oh, the shame

Last weekend I travelled to the UK to attend an anti-Brexit march (don’t get me started on that) and see my mother. It was a quick trip so I packed light. At the station on the Saturday morning I realised that the credit card I had pre-booked my ticket with was not in my wallet. No problem, I thought, it is one of the cards I took out of my wallet so I had absolute minimum with on the day. I grabbed a taxi back to Mum’s only to realise that the card was in the travel organiser I usually carry back in the Netherlands.

So, what are your EDC failures? This is a safe space, you are among friends, we’ll be gentle.
