Howdy folks, seen a couple threads mentioning hot sauce, but could not find a dedicated hot sauce thread. Found one via search (I’m kinda new) and another which is recent that dabbles in sauce, but no dedicated thread.
So, here you go mooooo! Maybe this thread can discuss viability of mailing, or maybe loading your own hot sauce into new, smaller containers. At the least, recommending sauces. Hopefully things heat up!
Side note, I work for USPS and was once assigned to the ‘broken packages’ division. Stuff got pretty interesting, though if you take measures to *properly package* your stuff, it should be okay. That means, no 750ml bottles of vodka protected only by one thin layer of bubble wrap and an envelope. Sent that guy a note to bring a shot glass when he came to pick up his “olive oil”.
I like Pepper Plant’s California Style hot sauce. Not so spicy that you can’t drown a pig chop with it. And am partial to Sriracha, but it’s a family sized bottle. Too large to leave at work, where my old regular sized work-share Tabasco used to disappear quite often, grumble.
